What is RIR?
Fostering safety in all our endeavors remains a top priority for everyone at Battery Smart. To further this goal of safety as paramount – we have launched the Risk Identification & Reporting program to prevent and minimize potential risk events before they arise and use this data to further improve our standards of safety.
How to report identified risks?
To report, send an email to rir@batterysmart.in with important details such as – the date of issue identified, location, and a brief description. Our team will take prompt action on the raised concern.
